Hey guys im planning to build a b18 sleeved 84mm turbo and this is mu 1st turbo build so i need all your help and what you guys would advice me. My power goal is maybe around 500-600 whp. But before anything what we will only be using pump gas of 100 octane since its the only fuel available in my city. This will be my setup plan.

B18c sleeved 84mm
10:1 or 11:1 compression pistons
Eagle rods
Ferrea valve train
Still thinking on what cams, itr, tuner2 or pro 2 or webcams
Id 1300
Custom charge pipe
Walbro 450
S366sxe or pte 6266gen2 or 6466
Hondata s300
Exedy tripuck clutch

 

1300s are too much and your turbos might be too big. Unless you plan on potentially going higher than 600. You want a turbo that fits best for you application, if you want 500hp but you're using a turbo rated up to 900 it will be inefficient. Some of your other parts also seem overkill...

 

Not too big if he's going to use e85.

and the turbo... have fun waiting until 6k rpms to feel any boost.
