Default Turbo Choice

Im new to the turbo thing, so bare with me.
I usually build NA auto X cars.
Well i have a 2000 Civic Si, it has a B17 with eagle rods, Je pistons, Block guard and built skunk 2 head.
My goal is to make 350 whp. This car is track only and will be running on pump fuel with some octane booster. I want it to be able to spool fast and still be able to put up some good numbers!!!
Any suggestions on turbo kits and what psi to run would be nice!!!
thanks!!!

full race stage one kit with the gt2871R with the .81 A/R. quick spool and should make around 350 with out a problem.

Or you could put something together yourself for less.

it all depends on your budget. You can buy the parts of a turbo setup from people in the Marketplace and then put whatever turbo you want with it. The GT28RS is a good turbo. It will make enough power for you and will have nice response if you plan to AutoX/road race/daily drive.

There are less expensive options out there as well....like the GT3251E

you can go with a GT28 type turbo such as a GT28R, GT28RS or GT2871R. These are all dual ball bearing and use T25 flanges, options are .64 and .86 a/r's. You'll be better suited with the .64, as far as power, the 2871R will make the most but has just a bit more lag than the 28RS even thought they use the same turbine wheel.

The GT2871R can also be had with a T3 flange, in that case dont go over a .63 a/r.
hope this helps
