Default F20b rear balance shaft

I am putting together my F20b. When I removed the timing belt I did not stick a screw driver or punch in the service hole, I figured I goes in only one way. I was wrong. There is 3 different positions where the screwdriver goes in all the way. I made marks and it goes in the same lenght on all 3 positions. I have posted pictures.

The question here is Does anyone know what is the correct position for that shaft based on the marks on the pulley? I've looked all over the internet and could not find anything specific. Which one of the 3 positions is the correct one?

here are some pictures. There is a black sharpie mark on the screwdriver, and I also put some ink on the dot and the arrow indentations on the pulley. The first picture is the one where the screwdriver is not in all the way.

any help will be greatly appreciated
