Reinstalling Head tips and pointers also Rear Balance Shaft Question
when reinstalling head, timing belt, water pump, tensioner and rear balance shaft pulley do u have to adjust it to TDC? I read some where thats there's a bolt in the back of the engine that holds the shaft of the rear balance shaft and it has to be turned to TDC and then reinstall the pulley. Also is there any pointers that i can be helpful. Im worried about timing as usual and valve lash adjustment. I know how to do it i just never have done it before so pointers are appreciated.
Edit: Sorry its an H22A
Researched So Far and Found::::>
The key on the crank pully is the same as lining up the flywheel. just line the key on crank with the tdc mark on the engine. then match the cam gears (arrows up and 2 notches in line). then for the balance belt use the back service hole to get the rear balance pully at tdc. get a 4 inch screw and mark it at 2.9 inches stick it in the service hole to lock it at tdc. then line the mark on oil pump with mark on engine. then your done
Sounds Good?

yes...
you need to unbolt the bolt for the service hole and stick an 8mm pin (or bolt) into the service hole while you tun the rear balanceer gear
the bolt will slip right into the hole and lock it in place
the front balance shaft gear has a marking on it
