Default Have a 1999 gsr in a 96 hatch

So I finally rebuilt my motor and drove it for months everything ran fine until my speedometer started to freak out and moving all over the place then just stopped working I put a brand new speed sensor in and still didn't work then I put a new cluster in and still didn't work it also made vtect stop working in my car as well I've check everything and done just about as much as I could and now I'm out of options and was wondering if anyone had any input on what I should try or do cuz I have don't know where to go next with this plz help me

Funny thing. Mine been doing that as well, when I first got my eg8. Did you check the wiring, fuse, ETC?

All the fuses are good I was gonna check the speedometer sensor wire for any breaks but wats the etc
