Default no idle/struggling to start

Been having a few teething problems with my build but its almost there.
I have a p28 ecu just had a base map put on for my setup today. After it failed to start with whatever map was on it before.
Thought this would solve it. After playing with the ignition timing it finally fired.

Initially its lumpy, throttle response is poor, and to keep it going you have to feather the throttle. Too much throttle, it cuts out. No throttle, it cuts out (not idling)
This is a boosted setup b16a2 mostly stock engine components

In need of some help here aha

Well, if you are using a basemap (P30?) and engine ran shitty, then you have a mechanical problem.

Do you have any CEL? all plugs connected? (TPS/IAT/CLT/Dizzy)

Is your wideband reading correctly?

The only plug not connected is the intake air temp sensor i have no where to put it on the intake pipes.

Also not running a wideband yet its on the list though. The setup is pretty dam basic.

Right now i dont want to blame the map. But i think it may be the base map. My friend had the same sort of problems with starting his car.

Right quick update went over all the sensors again one must have been loose. Car starts first time..still lumpy though. Im gonna further play with ignition timing only other thing i can think to play with is the idle screw on the throttle body.

Or the map
