I have a 99 honda civic with a 96 spec b18c jdm itr in it skunk2 ultra series im apexi header and skunk2 exhaust when i turn it on it starts right up but goes down to a really low idle it sounds like its gonna turn off everytime i hit the gas it goes up but rpm goes right back down super low and sometimes turns off what could this be and i also havent gotten the car tuned since changing all the parts of thats the problem can someone help

Lol. Read the FAQ. There is probably 5+ posts about people with an erratic idle problem per day.

Bleed your coolant.
Check for vacuum leaks.

Report back after doing those tests.
