Default Boost levels @375-450whp

For all you guys running in the 375-450whp range, what type of setup are you running and what are your boost levels? I keep hearing such a wide range of numbers from guys running 10-15 and they aren´t even getting 300 to guys running 15-20 and making well over 400. Is there some consistency?

it all depends on what is done to the motor as well as what turbo is being used. ive seen a hybrid put down 409whp with only 13psi and ive seen a prelude put down 330whp at 14.7psi... turbo sizing plays a huge roll in how much power the motor will produce.

He's correct...boost, being a measure of restriction that the charged air encounters, will be completely different in all kinds of setups. Headwork, intake manifold, throttle body, exhaust manifold, etc...they can ALL play into it.

Provided a well engineered setup with custom cams, headwork, modified or custom intake and high flowing 3in exhaust system designed for lowest back pressure, 400+ should be an easy number at less than 20lbs correct?

Until you say what turbo you're using there is no answer
