Default Weird high AFR during startup when warm outside

Hello.

I have a d15b2 with obd1, 10.8:1 compression, z6 intake manifold, 240 cc injectors, chipped p06 using crome pro, tri flow cam, MTX-L wideband, dc sports 4-2-1.

So i have a very specific weird high AFR that seems to only happen during open loop during startup. If the temps outside are 75F or above, the first few minutes of warmup the cruising AFR is 14.5, and every half second it will rise .2 AFR until it will start climbing up to 18-19 AFR even under load unless i feather the throttle and change gears. But after the engine is warmed up, it cruises at 14.7 and no higher.

Then when i turned it on tonight, it was 60F outside, and this did not happen at all.

And during normal operation my AFRs are beautiful 14.7-12.8

Is there a specific setting that i am completely missing that i should be looking into?

Yes, most likely your IAT compensation or even ECT is way off. It could also be your starting and post start-up decay. Is this a map you built or one of the stock ROMs?

Crome gold closed loop doesn't work. Tried it a hundred times, used custom settings, wideband or stock.
Doesn't work.
If it's properly tuned though, you shouldn't need it anyway.

its a P30 map, was made by a friend . i had tried adding some ECT but it seemed to do the opposite on what i had intended under open loop and max bounds, but to be honest i didn't really know what max bounds is. i raised all values by .03, but when i got on freeway i was cruising around 14AFR and up to 16 AFR and it kept climbing, but i kept throttling the throttle to keep it down.

have nbot touched IAT yet, but after the results of the ECT adjustment i have been hesistant
