using the search function or posting this in a tech section would get you the fastest answer. there is a thread already started with lots of feed back and multiple combinations using b16 heads on b18 blocks that can be found in a matter of seconds (I did a quick search just to make sure) as far as it being plug and play you didn't give enough info on your current setup to enable a yes or no answer

Already have a b16 vtec running?

A b18c block should be plug & play, easy. Maybe need to do some minor changes, but yes as you already have vtec b16 it should be easy.

But, search.

Yes I currently have a b16a vtec. Gonna buy a Ls b18 block. Just wanna know everything i need. To do the swap. Will my b16 water pump and timing belt work fine on it. And do I also need a ls/vtec conversion kit for my ls block if it is non-vtec.

I always forget, but the timing belt thing AFAIK is related to which water pump you use.

Double check on the search, I'm at work right now ha.

I think it goes LS water pump LS timing belt GSR water pump gsr timing belt.

The flywheel must come off because you cannot get to the rear main seal plate bolts with it still attached to the crank.
