Blocks B16 or B18
Wassup people.. I blew my block and need to replace it asap! I got a good question for everyone.. I want to know which block would you preffer for a type- R head (all internals are from b18c5) would i need to bore the ls block to match the ITR pistons? which block do i need to buy? b16 or b18? i wanted to go LS vtec but alot of things i heard from it is not really good so what do you guys preffer if youre doing the same project??i need your opinion people!!

B18 always wins out over B16 on this board. The argument has been spelled out about 100 BILLION times. 
Factor in condition/mileage of the block and overall cost. Even then, you will still find yourself surrounded by B18 supporters.
