You'll need to wire up VTEC, knock as the IABs if you are using the P72 ECU.

the wire for shift solenoid is same for reverse gear sensor no need to do anything there. just plug it in
you can buy a gsr harness or add the vtec and iab wires directly to ecu.

integra and 92-95 civic harness is plug and play at the shock towers no need to repin. Just add the wires that your ecu requires

So are you using obd1 ecu and cabin harness

i have an obd2 p72 ecu that came with the swap. im also going from auto to 5spd so i want to put the 95 gsr harness in my 2000 shell. will the 95 cabin harness match up with the 2000 engine harness?

The engine harness will plug into your shock tower harness but you'll still need to add the wiring for VTEC solenoid, VTEC pressure switch, IAB's, and knock sensor from the shock tower to the ECU if you use that harness. Also all the OBD2 emissions components involved with that engine and harness won't be on it and you'll throw a plethora of check engine lights using the OBD2 P72 ECU. You'd honestly be better off just using your LS harness and adding the VTEC, knock and IAB wiring separately. Also if you go that route reuse your injectors, alternator and you'll need an OBD2-1 distributor adapter as well.
