97 ek sedan. Cant hear the fuel pump priming. No check engine light comes on at all(thought that was weird) srs light, battery light and oil light is the only dash lights on.

Things I've checked.
-changed fuel pump relay
- cleaned/checked all grounds including g101 therm stat ground.
- checked fuses associated with problem.

Any ideas helpful. Anyway to test the fuel pump manually? Thanks in advance!

 

By fuel pump relay do you mean the main relay or ???

No CEL isn't good news, but replace the bulb first to verify that isn't the issue.

 

Listen for clicking in the main relay when turning the key on. Maybe time to change it out or resolder the OE one.

Towards the bottom he gives you the pin out for the fuel pump. You apply direct battery and ground to the fuel pump and check for fuel pressure. If not pressure then the pump is bad.

Yes I fixed the problem! Make sure the green plug is connected by the ecu lol. Stupid mistake. Changed distributor and spark plugs now she runs like a champ. Thanks everyone!
