My 1993 Honda Del Sol cranks but doesn't run . I have been testing to find out what the problem could be and so far I found the 12 volts that should be on the blu/wht wire at the ICM at the ECM on IGP1 and IGP2 that comes from the PGM-F1 relay . Not on the IGP1 AND IGP2 that go to the ICM. I just do not know what is telling the ECM not to send it to the ICM?
Any Help would be nice.

do you have fuel? do you have spark?
try a new main relay?
what Codes are you getting?

 

Do you hear the fuel pump prime when you put the key in second position?

If you don't hear the fuel pump come on and prime than it's either the main relay or the ECU has a bad capacitor.

This may sound crude but bang on the main relay when you turn the key and see if it makes a difference.

If not have someone bang on the ECU when you turn the key.

ECU's get bad capacitors. Try a known good ECU.

 

Crack open the fuel line and if gas starts to **** out in a pressurized stream, you have fuel pressure. You can remove the main relay and use jumper terminals to supply power listen for the relay to click. Haynes manual has this procedure. If the relay fails, you can desolder it and resolder it. I had to do this for my HF and it worked.

As for the pins in the ECU receiving 12 volts here and not here, I would need a manual to follow the proper procedure for trouble shooting an ECU.

You changed the ECU pretty quick, that's good.

Do you have another distributor to swap in real quick?

I'm thinking maybe the ignitor is bad.

 

Yes I worked from the distributor back and I changed that too but it did not help.
That is were I found testing the ignitor that one side had 12v and the other side had no volts.So I changed the ignitor first then the whole distributor with a new one but it still did not help.
