Any tuners please help
I had my d16z6 turbo street tuned on eCtune and I recently checked my ignition timing at idle to be at around 22* advanced. I dont know much about tuning but is this too advanced because its way past the advanced mark on the crank pulley. My afr is reading 12.2 at WOT and 13.8 at idle and cruising is in the 14-15. The car has SRP 8.1:1 pistons, oem headgasket and tuned on 93 octane. Should i be worried because my afr seems to be fine at WOT

I don't tune but when my tuner was Dyno/tuning my car I did pay attention and those numbers sound right. I was at 21-22 on timing and the a/f reading you have is about right as well. With tuning you have to add timing.
Why 13.8 at idle but higher while cruising?
I've heard some people suggest a richer idle, but it's never made sense to me. Idle should be the least load on the motor, thus safest to go lean. Right?

Some cars like high ign at idle. This is a regular practice to help control idles on bigger cammed cars.
unless you lock IGN timing in the tuning software, you will not get a accurate reading with your timing light because its constantly adjusting. All of your AFR's seem fine. Leave it along.
On Pump Gas E10 - Stoich is 14.2, Not 14.7. 14.7 would be on 100% pump gas in which 11.5-11.8 on 100% pump gas is what I would shoot for in boost, On E10 11.8-12.2 is fully acceptable.

Alright, i might of gotten wrong readings because my car idles at 1000 because i have to keep it that high or it will die on cold starts, i was suppose to read it at 650-720rpm so it was off.

Yea if idle speed has been bumped then you can't accurately measure base timing.
like DDTECH said, 12.2:1 isn't bad... on e10 with a well built setup you can run 12.5:1 before worrying about anything, of course this depends on power level...
I've tuned most of my moderate power turbo cars (275-350hp) to run 12.2:1-12.5:1 under boost WOT, idle and cruise are about like you have it.

Most E10 blends at the pump only have 7 - 8% ethanol content according to my Zeitronix Ethanol Content Analyzer. Obviously it depends on the area and company though.
Also, I have 0 knowledge of pump gas or issues with it. Straight free balling this.
We have a refinery in a neighboring town. My friends Dad hauls gasoline to convenience stores etc... He says its common practice to top of the 91-93 tanks with 87 if that's all he has left at the end of a load.
Which is why my new tune will be on straight race gas. Just last year a local truck stop was selling 93 octane, the only 93 octane pump in town. Conveniently this pump was on the way to the track so a lot of us used it. The state periodically checks the pumps and it was really 91 octane. Tune on the edge at your own risk.
Read this link its common as hell to dilute premium fuel.

I thought that was common knowledge haha... Bulk oil companies do the same thing, like at quick lube places for instance. The industry truly sucks and we blindly trust them but pay the price in the end in more ways than one.

I don't trust pump gas period, especially the pumps with a single nozzle for all octane levels
I'll be blending most of tanks with toluene on top of methanol injection
