Default Gsr Fuel Line kit

First off I tried searching before i posted. and hope this is the right area to post fuel questions.

I have a 340 pump already but going to get a boush 044 inline pump, do all new lines and all that stuff. I have now 1600 injectors on E85.

question is if I put in a new Feed AN style fuel line in, do I need to put in a new return line? Also what size for the feed and return?

I also see other people using more the one inline fuel filter.

Basically I want some advice on doing my new Fuel Line.

U don't have to do the return just cuz u do the feed, but IMO I would. 10an or 8an feed depending on the power level ur looking at but 8 will most likely b plenty. 6an return , or u could use the stock feed but I would just do a new line. R u still on stock regulator? When u c guys using multiple filters it's pre and post pump filters. Ur gonna want a 100 micron pre pump filter and either a 10 or 6 micron post filter. Hope this helps.

Thanks, Yea I have a AEM Reg. My engine is built/ sleeved so Im looking to get around 600 to 700HP. I know my 340 fuel pump wont cut it. Thats why i wanna just put in a in-line pump. I dont wanna do it cheap or have ***. Do it right the first time. I was thinking then, -8 feed line, then -6 return. just didnt know if i could get away with stock return line.

Might as well do a new return lines as well that way you can tear out all the old fuel crap.I used the push loc style fittings for the return line because you can't really see them any ways and I always have suck a tuff time with the an hose and fittings. I find if you use expensive hose they go on better.

I went to a website and got all fittings and lines they had really good prices I think it was getfast10.com

If def check them out

I checked out that site and its not working. Also if I Replace the return line also. How do I use the -6 line and connect it to the tank. Since the feed line has a screw and the return line has a nipple

Customize with either adapter, weld on fitting
Or get cheap and use hose clamps.

U can weld the 8an where the stock feed normally bolts to. And then ull cut the tube off for the stock return n weld the 6an on there. Good luck!
