Default need help wiring in a headphone jack to stock bose amp

Hi HT. would anyone know how to wire in a headphone jack to a stock bose amp so that I can play my phone over the speakers? Would just rca jacks work? or I read somewhere that I need a 4pdt relay and a switch. I dont know what I would do with those. Is there a guide somewhere on how to do this? Thanks for any help guys.

I did a full 1/8" jack into the tape player. Had to solder it in. I'm looking for photos now

U can use an fm modulator with an audio input. It'll wire through the radio antenna and has a power switch. Most of them come with the head phone jack too. They sound pretty good also.

thanks, Ive seen that as well. Probably the easiest mod but still not the best sounding compared to soldering in on the radio circuitry or going directly into the amp.

You might also check with pacific audio. I've seen in the past that they make an aftermarket harness that will plug into your stereo and have an audio input.

as long as its only a couple of $$ I would go that route, otherwise a new HU is often a better choice given the cost of some of these items.
