i just got this 19996 honda civic sedan and the gas pedal is stiff and it sticks when i driving and i push the pedal all the way down and the throttle is loose anyone have this issue and if so how can i fix this

 

19996, eh? Damn, I don't think we have the FSM for something that far in the future...

Start off by reading this thread. No, seriously, it's painfully obvious that you haven't even looked at it. Then, you need to check your throttle cable tension, and make sure it isn't kinked.
