I have a stock(for now 2001 integra , for the past couple of days the car's engine has been doing strange things. Whenever im slowing down at a light and **** into nuetral, the rpm's dont drop they stay at the the same level as if its still in gear. Anyone have had this happen to them?

 

1) Gas pedal stuck, or hindered. Could be something under your gas pedal. (Did you install the retaining clip for your floor mat? Floor mat could be disturbinghte gas pedal.)

2) Throttle cable kinked or piched.
3) TB/cable need lubing.

 

Floor mat is not in the way of the pedal. I mioved the pedal back and forth by hand to see if it was stuck. It moves freely. Im going to check the throtle cable.
