oxygen sensor p0141

Default oxygen sensor p0141

I have a honda accord 98 v6 ex, and I get the code of p0141, so ive change the sensor and erase the code but when I turn on the car the code pops out in like 5 seconds and I erase it again and ssame it pops up in 5 seconds. Any iidea what could t be ? Thanks guys

Something is wrong with the heater circuit, recheck the connection, and check the engine harness for any damage to the wires.

wire open or ecu bad ... in that order of possibility

I checked the wires I can see but is there any diagram I can guide myself because ifollowed the wires all the way to the connection below the glove compartment
