p0113, still on after I cleared it!
So I'm getting a code p0113. I replaced the intake temp sensor with a working unit and still I get the code. I deleted the code, and it still comes on however I haven't even started the car. Any ideas? Faulty wires or ecu?
so im having this same problem with my em2. i have a cai and ive had it for years with no cel so i knew it wasnt it and after closer inspection i realized that one of the two wires that are on the plug that goes into the sensor was cracked so it would make contact sometimes and others it didnt which threw the cel. u might want to inspect the wires.
just because the code points to the sensor, doesnt mean that the sensor itself is faulty. you may have a loose connection, broken wire, or a short.

i have a 2005 civic lx and i swear i was having the same issues as you. and when i got my scan gauge i could tell when i was about to get the cel because the intake air temp would drop down to -40 and stay there because theres no connection with the wire. and trust me its not a faulty sensor because i went thru 4 sensors thinking the same thing and they didnt make a difference.
