Default How to fix a Code 41?

First time to get this code...41 is a malfunction in the oxygen sensor heater. How do you fix this? Thanks for the input!

make sure the wires are still connected. if they are then replace the sensor

make sure the wires are still connected. if they are then replace the sensor
Make sure the heater wires are getting power, too. It might be a fuse or a broken wire somewhere.
