Just replaced my primary O2 sensor with a bosch one, now its throwing a code 41, oxygen sensor heater. What is that and what should I do?

Make sure all the wiring to the O2 sensor is correct. I had the same code a while back and it was just a loose wire for the sensor. I searched and found info on correct wiring and fixed my problem easliy. Good luck

I just drove the car for 5 minutes, to let it get to the normal temperature. Then I reset the ECU and the code is gone. All the wires were tight in there, why did it throw the code? Is it because it was a new sensor?

Aaaahhhh...that's right. I totally forgot about resetting the ECU. Well I'm guessing when you took the old one off it somehow threw a code 41.....it did the same thing with my car and after i fixed the wires (ground) i had to reset the ECU. Damn i cant believe i didnt think about that. haha oh well I think it's perectly normal. You'll be fine now.

I just went through this same thing...well, with the secondary O2 though.
You need a meter to troubleshoot this problem.
Start by disconnecting the O2. Measure the resistance between the two black wires - it should read between 10-40ohms.
If your good there, on the mating connector for the O2, measure each black wire for a short to ground.
If your good there, plug the O2 back in, go to the ECU, find where those 2 black wires go into and measure the resistance - should be about the same as measured previously.
I choose not to go with aftermarket support for the O2, as your story, along with others has led me to believe that 3rd party parts for Honda's are just not up to OEM standards.
And where is your Helms? If you don't have a meter, your pretty much left pissing in the wind.
