In the first picture, the left side is the bottom of the car. The camera was sideways, sorry. It looks as thought it's from the oil return on the oil pan or turbo, but that is totally dry. It pretty much trails across the bottom of the oil pan to the drain plug. I thought it might be that, but it's tight. And it also seems to flow down the downpipe. What gives?

Another angle.

It's leaking from the shitty weld job on your shitty return line. Had the same problem when I was running "the shitty return line", but not quite that bad. Get steel braided, everyone else will tell you the same. Or maybe you torqued the pan down incorectly...

Shamoo,
That looks exactly like my oil leak right now i am trying to fix. mine is leaking from the oil feed line. Mine is dripping all over my charge pipes, downpipe, all of my exhaust, and everything it can touch. Have you started your car and let it run for a while to see where it coming from, that is the only way i found mine.

looks like the turbo oil outlet is leaking from the height of the drip marks. maybe your hose is starting to crack. swap it out for real silicone hose.
IMO clean off all the oil with brake cleaner, wipe it dry then go for a drice and see where the oils is freshly dripping from.
