Default 95 civic vx b18b swap no fuel! help!

what's up Honda tech
I'm very new to the Honda world so forgive my lack of knowledge and I'm also a shitty searcher! I recently acquired a 95 Honda civic vx with an b18b1/vtec swap heavily modified idk how to identify what cylinder head to be honest, engine has rod knock, got the car for dirt cheap, so far I've done a jdm b18b swap all stock, I acquired 99 ls wiring harness, 2 or 3plugs have no places to be plugged in btw, the car came with an 37820-p28-a01 ecu and had a hondata s200 wired or chipped into it, after replacing the engine I got an 37820-p75-a01 obd1 94-95 ls ecu hopping I would just have to plug it in and start her up but that was not the case, my injectors are not getting signals to deliver fuel. the engine runs if I spray carb cleaner in the intake so I know my timing is correct and I'm getting spark. my questions are:
-can I use the distributer that came with the engine? my 99 ls engine harness plugged in I'm getting spark correct me if I'm wrong
-can I use the 99 ls engine wiring harness or should I get rid of it?
-is my ecu the correct ecu for the engine? I'm sure its an obd2 engine from valve cover
-as far as fuel delivery I have voltage at fuel pump and also have fuel pressure
-do I need different injectors?
basically tell me how can I get it running again
I would really appreciate it
thank you Honda tech
