Punctuation helps a lot.
The VTEC in this engine is so weak you can't even really tell when it kicks in. That being said, you need an ECM/PCM, engine harness and engine out of a 2003-2005 EX. If you already have an EGR then you only need the cylinder heads, not the whole engine. Also, you may have to get EX exhaust and extend the O2 sensor wires so it will pass emissions (the O2 sensors may not read right being in different places). You could try the defouler trick with the O2 sensors but, that doesn't always work.
