Icon6 The build of an CD5 coupe*ground up*

So well where do i begin, I'm back on this honda trip and interested on a fast piece of work. Not really sure where to begin, but i have til the end of the year to put this machine together.

Car: 1994 accord 5speed coupe (maybe with the sunroof)

So here it is, I would like to build a fast car can't really say how fast but fast enough to shake roads i guess. I like the bodies of the CD5 so my plan would be to build it ground up (stripped). complete engine bay-suspension-brakes-tires-audio/video; all that involves in this kind of project.

NA or Turbo: where to begin, what's best, what's better. I would like to be able to have the car smogged/bar'd with no problems.

Edit: 06/22/2013
Well I'm going to get started with my engine build + turbo setup. I for one am not a mechanic nor know much about engines, but one thing I do know is how to take advice from professionals that love to help one another.
My objective is simple but complex. I would like to build an engine that would create power and be able to handle a turbo system that is reliable. I will not be doing the swap by myself for obvious reasons nor any of my friends. I will want a reputable shop or engine builder to do this for me, what shop? I am not sure, Honda-tech suggestions. The shop will consist of building the engine and performing the swap.

You won't make any N/A power with an F. Boost an F, we need more of them.

That's not exactly true, you can make 200 hp NA with the F. It'l cost about as much as a turbo would though.

Jdm Accorn on Cb7tuner has an awesome NA setup, check out this video of just bolt on's and a tune, freaking bad azz. That sound, its out of this world.

The sound of his reminds me of my own with a bit more treble.

So you're planning on boosting the H?

Are you building it prior to boosting or no?

The 0-60 was about 5 seconds though. That's nasty for any NA car.
