The 2 fans in the engine bay dont come on

The car doesnt over heat

The relay in the engine bay fuse box is fine.

The fans are plugged in


What could it be...

does either of them come on when you turn the AC on?

have you tried applying power to the fans to make sure the motors work?

temp sensor? thermostat stuck open?

 

None go on when i turn the ac on

i dont know how or where to apply power. i need to search that

How easy is it it to change the temp sensor. how do i check if the stat is stuck open.

coolant temp sensor. right next to the head there are 2 a single wire one and a 2 wire. change the sensor it could be bad. hondas have 2 where your coolant temp guage still wotks but switch doesnt come on. had that prob on my teg. easy fix. you just need a ratchet and a long socket that fits. out sealer on it when you put the new one in. let me know how it goes.

 

Ok ill check it tomorrow. im at work now until midnight. ill post up results.

my friend told me the fans take a really long time to turn on.

but the ac fan should come on right away

to check if the fans work all you have to do is unplug the connector and apply power and ground to the terminals.

 

did you figure it out?

 

not yet. i sent the car out for paint. so it will be maybe a week
