Location of engine temp. sensor?

Default Location of engine temp. sensor?

My lude is reading hot while sitting still and I can't find the location of the temp sensor. Can U help?

I believe it is connected to the block...

maybe you need to add coolant becuase your car is overheating...just my $.02

The prelude has 2 sensors located on the bottom left hand side of the cylinder head.

The 2-pin Green connector, is the coolant temperature sender used by the ECU.
The single pin sensor next to it, is used for the engine temperature guage.

You also have a coolant temperature switch on the thermostat housing, for switching the radiator fan.
