Rattling noise at Cold start up? ( Video)
engine rattles at the first start up of the day, it slowly goes away as it warms up. As i press on the gas the noise reduces. It doesn't rattle again throughtout the rest of the day. Im not sure what it could be, hopefully nothing serious
, Is it something to be worried about?
timing belt tensioner? what do you guys think.
car warmed up: 0:50 seconds
acceleration : 0:44 seconds

mine does it too, I've narrowed it to where the dizzy attaches to the head...new dizzy didn't change it, neither did adjusting valve lash, but I've driven it on quite a few 500+ mile trips for work and its not having any issues ( other than the rings goin out causing it to use oil on long trips at higher speeds) so I gave up on it lol.

When is the last time you checked or changed your oil. My truck rattles like that, but I also know it has been long overdue for an oil change, and I am about 1qt low right now.
Logically, oil will drain down to the pan overnight, and if the oil change is overdue, then the oil may be broken down to the point that it doesn't coat/cling to the upper engine.
The result is a rattly cold-start (after all the oil has drained to the bottom), and once the oil gets circulated enough, a decent coat of oil will lube/cling to the upper engine internals. Revving the idle simply speeds up the oil pump and speeds up the re-lubrication of the dry internals. Just my theory though..

I can't really hear where the sound is coming from. Is it coming from the engine/timing belt side or tranny side? If its coming from the engine/head, I would do a valve lash adjustment. My "rattle" went away after i did it on a gsr. But if it's coming from your trans, it could be your throw-out/release bearing, or input shaft bearing.
