No journal bearing turbo uses one continuous bearing unless you're talking about the outer cage of a ball bearing unit
And when the sc34 was being built, precision was still using Garrett parts

well i need to talk with the shop, cause they tell me the garrett kit with the 2
bearings was incorrect for my turbo. tomorrow i try to post a picture of wath
they call the single shaft bearing.

it's like the part# 732252-0001 journal bearing for garrett.
from. greensource rebuild parts
they say the part number 13 in your list isn't used in my turbo.

That part number represents a full bearing service kit for the GT-R series from GT15-GT22. Those would never fit a SC34 or journal bearing cartridge. Your turbine shaft is too large.
You need a JOURNAL BEARING Kit system for the Garrett T3/T04 series

That's only for small shaft turbos... have you ever seen a gt15? Its the size of a coke can...
There's no way your unit uses a single bearing, shaft is too big and given its length wouldn't adequately control axial and radial loads.
Post a picture of what you physically have.

So unless you have a ball bearing sc34 (which has one big outer cage, could be confused for a journal bearing by the unfamiliar) but I've never seen any precision unit with a single bearing
And this discrepancy from unit to unit within each model range is absurd and goes to show you how precision can't keep a supplier.. and is a main reason I'll never use their products.

i'm going to pick up the turbo and the kit tomorrow and find another place.
Isn't easy here localy to find quality turbo shops, most of them ask you to
broght the repair kit.

Time to ship it back to the U.S. and get it done properly.

There is a really big turbo shop down there, I'll have to remember the name, I see them on eBay all the time and they have a really good reputation.
