Yes, may cost at lowest $2,500+, performance depends if (assuming car is completely reliable now)
1) Motor has been rebuilt properly or is on stock internals.
2) The ECU tune
3) The quality of the parts used (Fuel pump/injectors/oil lines/intercooler and piping/turbocharger/exhaust manifold)

This question is asked dozens of times a week over many Honda forums...

HAH! You have 3 choices
1) Motor swap
2) Get another vehicle
3) Dump thousands of dollars into an automatic/allmotor D-series Civic that will be making 1/4 of the power you can with the same budget.

Come back with a parts list so we know that YOU know what you're talking about and not just asking pipedream questions.

No one knows if it's "worth it" but you.

Im starting to think a group of trolls got together andvdecided to make a bunch of usernames to ask a buch of questions that they know have been answered frequently since 1995 just to **** us off.

Or its a bunch of teenagers that just found out what a turbo is.
