Default Idle problems 2000 Ej8

Whats up guys i have a 00 civic with a obd2 gsr swap , Now my throttle is sticking and some times it would idle at around 2k rpms. It has a lot of black water comming out of the exhuast and black smoke also. And it sounds like a rotary lol , it was not sounding like this yesterday and i have not driven the car because its on jackstands. I ran carb cleaner and then some fine sand paper in the TB to get rid of any grime or whatever but after that it started actin that way , maybe the sand paper? now its sucking in more air than it needs at idle?

Does the throttle cable have some slack rather than being tight?

Does the TB have a FITV?

If you cover the IACV hole inside the TB with your finger, does the idle speed drop?

Can you kill the idling engine by covering the top of the TB with you hand?

Did you clean the IACV? Any CEL codes?

Top = big hole through which the TB pulls air from the intake system.

The fact is that the IACV is allowing too much air to bypass the TB.

Does the idle speed change if you unplug the IACV connector?
