If I decided to buy a basically stock EK civic that has a D series in it initially but wanted to put my b16a2 into that car would the ac, power steering and heat all work in there (that came in the car) without any issues?

you would need to get an A/C compressor and bracket off of a b18 integra. Or if you want to reuse your D series compressor you can find a b16 del sol and take the ac bracket off of that. And for the P/S you would need a B series power steering pump. The lines should all be the same.

As for the heat, you won't need to change anything. Your heater core uses the coolant to heat the air (thus why it doesn't work when your engine is cold, and why you want to run the heat if your car starts over-heating), so it should work just fine as well.
