Specs-> EK 1998 Swap JDM b16a Stock ECU p30 JDM.

This code first came on when the teeth off my distributor broke, so i bought a new one and reset my ECU, Problem fixed CEL gone. But i started to notice when i drove my car for a long time or drive up hills CEL pops up and its the TDC CEL 8 and i let my car rest for 5mins CEL is gone and it repeats once in a while not often but now it wont turn off and i got a new distributor first a aftermarket to a GSR now a OEM SI distributor everything is now made for the b16. Both distributor had new cap and rotor anyone have an idea?

I will post the video of the CEL just incase im not reading it right.

Question would a bad fuel pump cause this issue?
