I have a 1993 Del Sol and the drivers power window goes up to far. The window works good goes down all the way but when it goes up it dose not stop where it is suppose to. Is there a switch that stops it?

I know in my 94 civic ex the window goes down too far(and in my case knocks it out of track)

So before it goes all the way down i press the window switch the other way and it stops it.

Chances are one or more of your Door Glass Stop Plate are loose, broken, or missing (callout 8 in the pic)

The stop by the door handle was broke so i replaced it and it stops where it is suppose to now. There is another stop toward the hing side of the door that doesn't touch anything. Is it suppose to hit something?
