Can't figure out why the sunroof is sagging in the rear, I just did an overhaul of my sunroof with new glass and everything but it was missing the allen screws so I took one to the parts store and tried to match the threads, thing is, there still seems to be slack, should I bite the bullet and order new bolts or are they not tightented down enough? The front seems like it sits up a little when it's down, and when I try to open it the rear wants to drag my roof?
Not sure so much about the shims; I seem to recall there being nothing at all (which was confusing at first since I was going off the 1992 manual). Anyway, I can confirm since I also have both the 1993 and 1995 Civic Service Manuals, but no scanner here at home so a pic will have to suffice. Will post up later today.
Hah, you'll scan all 1200+ pages, eh? I can assure you, since I am doing this currently for the JDM Service Manuals courtesy of the large-format scanner at my workplace, that it is a long, boring, monotonous, repetitive job that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Actually wouldn't be so bad if you cut off the spine and scanned as two-sided pages ... alas, I did not have the heart to do that.

By the way, the diagram below shows the shims used for height adjustment of the 96-00 Civic moonroof glass.
From the 1995 Service Manual:

I checked the 1993 manual and its instructions are the same as the 1992. However, on my 1993 Si, the mounting is the same as given in the 1995 manual. So, either my sunroof has been replaced (unlikely but possible) or the manual is wrong (also unlikely, but possible). Guess I'll keep an eye out for 93 Civics at the yards and verify how their sunroofs are mounted.

Should I but the shims anyway even if it's not a 92? I think I'm gunna order the oem screws for it instead of the matched ones from autozone that seem like they might throw it off
