Default valve problem

ok so here it is, i have a 93 accord with the f22a motor in it. I was getting oil in my spark plugs and decided to replace the lower tube seals. I replaced everything the car started and ran fine for a few minutes then it started making loud clanking noises coming from the cylinder head. i turned the car off right away took the valve cover off and manually cranked it. when i did that i noticed the number 3 and 4 cylinder rocker arms popped up from the exhaust side so thats where the noise was coming from. Now my question is do i have bent valves? i noticed that the valve stem doesnt exactly sit on the center of the rocker arm. Any help would b appreciated!!!!!

Sounds like you probably bent a couple valves. The tips of the valve stem should be lined up.

Can you post up some pictures?

That looks out of alignment. However, it could be that it's out of adjustment.

When you adjusted the valve clearances after re-installing the rockers. What specs did you set the clearances to?

Next step would be to find someone with the gear to do a leak down test and see if that valve is passing.

You could try adjusting it again. I would also do a leak down as well before you start tearing the head off to do a rebuild.
