Bent Valve?

Bent Valve?
1992 Accord. I just changed the valve cover gasket and lower seals (under the rocker arms) and adjusted the valves. Started it and it sounded OK for about 30 seconds and then it started clicking. Rechecked the valve adjustment and and noticed that noticed that one exhaust valve was down and one was up for No.3 cylinder. I pushed on the valve spring and the valve popped up. While turning the engine over manually to check other valve clearances, the same valve stuck. I got it to release. I then turned the engine over without spark plugs using the starter and heard the same clicking.
Seems like I may have bent a valve by not tightening an adjustment nut properly.
Whats the diagnosis?
Thanks.

Re: Bent Valve?
I readjusted the valves and gave a couple of whacks on the sticking valve stem.
The whacks realigned the end of the valve with the rocker adjusting screw.
Clicking noise is gone and engine revs smoothly.
Next time I will not remove timing cover to find TDCs. It's easier to stick a long punch down the spark plug hole and note the distributor rotor location.
