H23 vtec 00 accord swap/ Dizzy is td60u

I installed a new dizzy but car won't start

do you get spark? Wires in corect order and not backwards(Guilty of that several times)

 

Your car has the crank sensor at the oil pump, but your distributor has a crank sensor inside it(obd1). Did you have any extra wires hanging around the distributor ? It probably would have been best to just get an obd2 h22a distributor.

 

My engine had the Crank, TDC, and Cylinder position sensor in the distributor. That distributor the cylinder sensor went out. All my wires are connected the same way I had them on old TD94u distributor.

With new dizzy I get spark but no start

also starts but dies right away

 

td60u is an obd1 distributor.

Your crank sensor should be at the oil pump unless there was already some work done previously that you didn't disclose.

 

yes that's the f23 though. my h23 vtec dizzy all sensors are inside it is labeled TD94U.

 

What exactly did td60u mean as posted by you ?
