Default issue in starting b18c :( help needed

hi.. I hope all of you are fine..

well I need some help guys I got a civic & I swapped b18c type r engine in the last month
im facing 2 problems & as the winter is getting closer the 1st problem is getting worst & other is same as it was in summer

1 ) what problem im facing is that..when I start the vehicle after 6-12 hour or above it takes 2-4 ignition to start..once it starts..it all good the whole day by when I left it at night..then in the morning it got the same problem
I changed the plugs but the problem remained.. I changed the distributor but problem remained..

2) second problem is that ...when you are at last level of ignition like when the check light comes on then when it goes you start your car
when ever I let the check light turn off my vehicle always starts on second ignition no matter what I do.. even if the car is warmed up properly..
like if I start the vehicle without letting the check light turned off it starts immediately if the car is warm

help me with this problem guys im very tensed as its my 1st swap

WHAT CAN BE THE PROBLEM GUYS I NEED YOUR HELP...ANY ONE ELSE FACING THESE PROBLEMS..??

Get a fuel pressure testing kit. Strong chance on your fuel pump not sending enough pressure to the rail. 92-00 D series specs call for 36-40 PSI as tested at the filter. 99-00 B series specs call for 40-44 PSI. I'm fairly sure the B18C5 calls for even higher than that.

Just remember just because something looks new doesn't mean it works like new. Have gotten parts that had to be sent back before. Don't rule something out because you just bought it.
