LS Block bore question
So there is a guy selling a LS block for $180 here Houston
he says the block is bored .85mm over with new seals and all that jazz.
so my question is that if i buy 81.5mm pistons, will the pistons and rings set right? like is .35mm too much for the piston ring to expand too?
Please lmk
i wanna start my build and this block is gold for me if i can fit the pistons.
getting weisco 81.5mm pistons if that matters.

Yeah dude, the SETUP in which you speak of is toast.
You should read up on Piston to Wall Clearance, before you start buying a block. Maybe getting a book related to Engine Blueprinting, before piles
of money and more money is just pissing out your wallet.
How do YOU know that the block is even 81.85mm ? Have you measured the piston skirt ?
Zero it out on a dial bore gauge ? Measured the cylinders WITH the Dial Bore Gauge, Zero'd
out ?
