Default Leaking coolant hoses - replacement question

HELLO EVERYONE IM NEW TO THE CAR REPAIRING. NEVER REPAIRED A CAR JUST GOT IN AND DROVE. ANYWAY, MY CAR HAS BEEN LEAKING IN BOTH THE TUBES WHAT QUALITY TUBES DO I GET?

oem is good you could just bring your old tubes to orileys or some other place and tell them you need that.. lol

auto parts store replacement ones will be fine.

its not a damn tire, just a rubber tube. replace it every 6 years is recommended. 10 years max.

might as well replace all them them since its not very hard.

Get a decent brand preferably. Napa, Gates, Dayco, Goodyear, etc. Hoses aren't expensive and one just rupturing on the highway could leave you stranded.

Except that after replacing the tube, OP has to burp the system.... It's not so simple if OP has never done it before.

^to burp system (bleed coolant system)

jack up front end...turn hvac to heat setting....remove radiator cap.....let car run for 20 mins.

hmmmm...Ive never heard that. I have OEM on a 95 civic...ive been told to inspect the hoses every 6 months, and if you see cracks/stress/wear to change.

they're cheap, maybe I change em tomorrow for giggles.
