I hqve a hondata s300 ecu in my car. It has been tuned. Is there a way i can download that tune or the calibrations from my ecu to my laptop?

 

Yes, but it's risky and can give unexpected results. In Smanager there is a tab that says online, in its menu you can click download.

WARNING, You can mess things up badly here, make sure there is a original backup of your tune somewhere.

 

Thats the problem i called the place that tuned it and they dont have a copy

 

Try downloading but once it's finished disconnect from the ecu and save it. just make sure you have realtime update turned off and don't hit upload or CTRL + U or you will overwrite the existing map with what could be a bunch of garbage data.

You may have to do this a few times, a lot of times you will get strange looking data but eventually it works, if you're lucky.

 

Is there a high risk of lossing my tune ?

 

If you make the mistake of letting it be overwritten, yes. First make sure RTP is off and don't click upload.

 

Ok then i can alter the calibration i download and upload it? I wanted to set up the launch controller

 

Once i change some parameters how do i get that to my ecm without messing **** up?
