Default installing arp head studs

do you use the lube on the threaded side that goes down into the block? or only on the side with the nut and washer? also the book says torque to 63 but the arp paper say go to 80 so im guessing since there not stock bolts i torque it to 80?

you dont have to on the block side since it doesnt get torqued, but i always put a little on it anyways. You do have to use it on the nut side though.
