Default full throttle problem

Hey everyone, I have a 97 civic with a B18B1 that i'm running turbo on. The other night on the way home, i tried to hit boost to race a buddy. When i did the car hit 5 psi and went right to 0 psi. So the first thought was a boost leak. So i check and couldn't find one anywhere. Went for a drive again and still did the same thing. so i tried giving it half throttle and it would boost some and stay in boost, but when i give it full throttle is when it drops and if i hold it in full throttle. The boost gauge starts dropping to about 10 on the vacuum side. So the next day, i took my turbo kit off and put it on my buddies integra and put his kit on my civic. My car did the same thing, and his boosted just fine. So it is not the turbo set up at all. I'm so lost on this and never had a problem like this. Does anyone know what this could be or might know something to try. I could use the help. Thanks

Do you only have 10in vacuum at idle? Might have a cracked intake manifold or bad gasket for the manifold.

The car is at 20 vacuum when its at idle, and the motor has a brand new intake manifold gasket. I dont see any cracks in the intake.
