looking for diagram - converting obd2 distributor to obd1

Default looking for diagram - converting obd2 distributor to obd1

i have a obd2 motor and want to use teh distr. in my obd1 car, i was told it can be done. i have a obd1 dist for parts

Wiring Chart ---- OBD1 OBD2 Function
orange -> dark blue CYPP
white -> white CYPG
orange/blue -> green TDCP
white/blue -> red TDCG
blue/green -> yellow CKPP
blue/yellow -> black CKPG
yellow/green -> yellow/green ICM
black/yellow -> black/yellow IGN Output
blue -> blue Tach Output

no i didnt lol. it looks like all the wires on my obd2 distributor are the same color as the obd1, can i just re pin matched colors to the correct plug?

no they're not all the same

i dont know what thats for but it didnt match my obd1 harness or obd2 dist. plug at all. both were all the same colors, i just switched all the pins from an obd2 dist plug to a obd1 dist plug same spots. car seems to run fine. didnt have cut or solder anything thanks for helping anyways

just go to http://www.passwordjdm.com and buy the conversion harness for like 30 bucks saves alot of trouble plus you can go back when you want to with no problems

took 45min of sitting on my *** to re-pin the distributor side plug, didnt touch the car side harness. probly woulda done that but i happen to have a obd1 distributor to jack the plug from
