Default 2000 Civic Code 1,14,and 90

Ok So Im not real sure where to start
I just picked up this 2000 Civic for $1900
its in good shape with 180k on it
runs pretty good except a low idle

I got it cheap because the cel was on

I get it home and check the codes its throwin

a 1 - O2 sensor first thing I notice is an aftermarket header

14 IAcv sensor?

and a 90 evap leak

where should I begin

yes i watched it do the complete cycle twice it was 9 long blinks

here is something rather strange

I found various unplugged connectors and I noticed NO o2 sensors or bungs on the header

but I unhooked the batt cable
restarted the car and NO CODE WTF

IACV plug should come off the harness down after the TPS sensor plug, should be the NEXT one from the TPS back to the main harness
