Default start up scratch

So for a while now i get this occasional scratch the minute my car turns over i have checked the starter and flywheel which it is not the case. My other guess would be something to do with my timing belt anyone have this problem before. Like i said the scratch is not everytime only occasional and it just happens right when the car turns over and that is it no other noise or no continuing noise just that one scratch occasinally.

Could be the starter. Do you have the correct bolts in the starter that mate to the transmission housing?
