Default ej speed limiter

i have a buddy who was wondering how to adjust the speed limiter, he wants to set it at about 80 without having to worry about how hard he presses on the gas pedal or whatever.

any help is appreciated and i am actively researching this otherwise and have only seen flashpro as a result thus far

actually it's probably twice as much. i figured it can be proven via in car camera work and a long empty lot. the throttle cable can be unbolted from the body and rigged so that it catches the further down the gas pedal pressure. further, you can zip tie the loose cable to the wheel on the throttle body so it's not able to just fly off.... secure... ghetto.... but secure enough to provide evidence in car thus far... now, i find it interesting that a question ej specific because the resulting electronics may be ej specific has been moved to a "generic" thread so quickly by the honda-tech ****'s

This seems like a lot of trouble, cost, and hacking up wiring. Why not just pay the ticket and keep the speed reasonable?
